Not sure what style oven, has minimal flop, which is a plus. The crust is minimally crispy and a little chewy/dry. The cheese is gooey, and the sauce has a tangy kick. All in all, a solid slice scoring an 7.1. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a small place that looks like a cute old Italian eatery. It smelled amazing when we walked in. We had spaghetti with sausage, a side salad with house Italian, a calzone and lemon cake for lunch. Had zero complaints about the food. Every bite was delicious. My only complaint was the music. It would have been absolutely perfect if it had been Italian instead of pop/rock. There is NOTHING like some Dino and Sinatra to round out a good meal. But, since everything else, including the service, was so great, I cannot give less than 5 stars. Will definitely be going back to Piesano's Pacchia.
