Panini Kabob Grill Rancho Cucamonga

The restaurant is nice and food. The staff needs training towards welcoming guests. I noticed the staff doesn't attend the front entrance right and ignore who is at the front entrance. They need a bar table for single customers to even out the restaurant and increase sales by selling alcohol at the bar and food and will have the bigger tables for multiple guests. If they didn't over cook the food it wouldn't be burnt.

The dip came with cold n hard pita bread we had to ask for another plate I asked server for extra dressing and onions and it didn't come with meal the children's plate was great with lots of food enough to share ! The atmosphere is cozy and we were seated quickly !Food: 4/5

Well normally I’m very pleased with this restaurant however not so much tonight. I ordered an ice tea and was told they only had one flavor, peach ginger unsweetened tea, it was ok but they must have an ice shortage. The food arrived and it was fresh off the grill. Maybe they have been having a lot of theft from the tables because there was no salt or pepper on table and the normal other condiments were not on the table either. When the food arrived the waitress saw that my tea glass was empty. She delivered drinks to other people all around me. She finally said she would bring me a refill… when she finally brought me my tea I had already finished my meal, I refused the tea because I had finished with my meal. When I placed my order I told her I wanted a gift card. She forgot the card. So I had to pay for my meal and again for the gift card. I had also asked for a To go box she brought it however everything was one at a time. I love their strawberry date salad but tonight there was no dates in the salad. My dinner was pretty much ruined.

Clean and fairly nice atmosphere. Busy, because of the area. I had the chicken wrap and my husband had the beef kabob. Wait time for food wasn’t long and Staff was friendly. The chicken wrap was bland and had an abundance of mint. I knew that there was mint in the wrap, but the amount was overpowering the other flavors, which were all under seasoned to begin with. I had the Mediterranean salad and couldn’t eat it because the dressing provided on the side was just oil and vinegar. Even after shaking it in the container, there were no added seasonings. Really odd. Anyway, my husband thought the kabob was ok, still bland and the rice was not what we ordered. If they could get a better kitchen staff, this place would be a hit.
