Okay, because I wanted the fish meal. Confirming my order after ordering for my daughter, the employee taking the order told me again that it would take 20 mins, which suggested that I order something else. I ordered the shrimp for myself and the ribs for my daughter. When I placed the order there were two cars ahead of me in line. As I am waiting for the two cars to continue, Ono could have prepared the fish meal because we were in line over 30 mins. Terrible customer service. Food was delicious though. However, I will not return because it takes too long to receive your order and the expensive food is just not worth the wait.

Perfect place for horrible service and long wait. When I called they said you have 4 ppl in front of you just so you know Wtf?! Lmao what a joke!
Claudia is awesome. She was nice and patient with us and got our order correct as we did 3 separate orders! In and out in 5 minutes. We will be back for sure! Thank you Claudia! Someone give her a raise!
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I used the drive-thru and ordered a #1 with spam katsu, or however you say it. The lady at the window, Mariana Famosa-Preciado, gave us the wrong order and charged us for an extra side of Katsu chicken that I didn't order. When I went back through the drive-thru to correct the mistake, she argued with me and claimed that I had ordered it. Despite explaining that I wanted the spam and a refund for the chicken, she continued to give me attitude. It seems like she may have had trouble understanding English, as she was confused about the order. I recommend that everyone double-check their orders before leaving, as this place seems to have trouble getting them right.
