It's fine. I had the brown sugar wow which was nice looking and tasted good but kind of frustrating to drink.

It's nice and not too loud. I like that the workers have pins of cartoons anime and k-pop on their aprons which is really cute. All the workers are really nice <3.

We tried so many Boba Stores around and for us this is the BEST. There?s no after taste when you drink it. Toppings are always fresh. It?s nice if they serve snacks too! So, we don?t need to go to another Boba Store. Also, by using the apps, I can pick up my drink/s in a timely manner and earn 6 dollars from time to time.

I'm glad you can choose the amount of sweetness you want. Not pricey compares to other boba stores. They've become my kids fave boba shop.

Terrible service. Requested for extra pump of passion fruit and no sugar and was denied. Staff citing violation of franchise policy, which is laughable as all franchises I've visited in LA and NYC is more than happy to accommodate the request since the inception of the franchise. Reading on all the recent reviews I can see the owner Calvin reprimand unhappy customers by insinuating the customers have disrespected his hardworking staff by simply making a request. I would not recommend this location.
