One thing to note is that the condiments aren't included with every sandwich. I specifically asked for tomatoes and onions, which are supposed to be included, but they were missing from my sandwich altogether. Luckily, my husband shared his tomatoes with me. The tuna sandwich I ordered was good; those two missing ingredients would have elevated it to great, though! I'm not sure I’ll be back anytime soon. The prices are on the higher side, and the atmosphere isn't very welcoming. Plus, I prefer to see my sandwiches being made, and that option wasn't available here.

We all have our go-to spots, but I decided to try something different today. The sandwiches took a little while to prepare, but I appreciated that they warmed the meats and cheese. The pickles really enhanced the sandwiches. The staff were somewhat aloof, but they did their best to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, it was a decent experience, although I'm not entirely convinced that the value justifies the price.

This sandwich place is absolutely delicious! Joseph was not only friendly but also provided helpful information in a professional way. The only downside was that there were no napkins available for someone as messy as I am!

The flavor is far superior to Subway; my absolute favorite is the Hook and Ladder!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations. There are plenty of options on the menu, and I opted for the firehouse club. I was not disappointed; it was absolutely delicious. I devoured my sandwich in no time and even considered ordering a second one. The sandwiches are quite substantial, yet so tasty that you'll find yourself wanting more. The service was also commendable; the staff was quick and friendly. If you're new to this place, I highly recommend trying the firehouse club with all the toppings.
