Champa Thai Sushi - Raleigh

I had no idea there was a Thai restaurant so close to me! I recommended this place to a coworker and friend, and we decided to check it out right at opening after work. Our server was very kind, and several other staff members also checked in on us, which was a nice touch. An older staff member stood out — she was incredibly sweet and attentive. To my surprise, our food arrived quite quickly. I've been searching for a Thai restaurant that could match my favorite from California, and this place definitely met my expectations. I ordered Pad Thai with a side of summer rolls, while my friend had fried rice and a sushi roll. Everything was delicious: full of flavor, spicy (but not overwhelming), and generous portions. The restaurant was easy to find, had a great atmosphere, and was clean. I highly recommend this spot, and I will definitely be coming back!

The service tonight was quite disappointing. We ordered three dinners, two of which were supposed to be fried rice, but both were incorrect. It felt like the waitress didn’t pay attention to anything we said. I ordered two sushi rolls; one was as I requested, but the other seemed to be a random roll, likely leftover from another order. Once again, the waitress didn't listen to our orders, and we ended up with whatever they felt like giving us.

My son and I really enjoyed both the food and the service. There was a wide variety of food options to choose from. The prices for our lunch depended on what we decided to eat, so they varied for each person.

The food and the customer service was the best ever! I was visiting NC. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My food was so good I tried to figure out how I was going to get my leftovers back to Atlanta on the plane ?! Thank you again! Your biggest fan Sheryl from Atlanta!

My roommates and I have been going to Champa at least 2x a week after work because the quality was good. Last time we went, we got the worst sushi we have ever eaten. Spent $96.75 on 8 rolls and you would think that we would get some more fish than this, avocado that wasn?t browning, and some sort of a refund. Called and the manager in duty blamed it on a new owner. Absolutely disgusting and would only recommend to my worst enemy.
