I ate alone. The food/table was fine. The staff, including the boss, was completely overwhelmed! From a distance, the food was called before they arrived at the table. Something food went wrong. The Lord at a table had forgotten that he had ordered something. But his wife was tired. I would strongly recommend a training at the Akademie Schloss Raesfeld in the Punkto customer service!!! When I'm back in Raesfeld, I'm going around this place.

Actually always liked to have been there, but today probably the last time... After we waited for our two pizzas for over an hour, we went and eaten somewhere else. Schadebeim previous owner was always super service: food type: dinner

Today a full shop arrived. The service was completely overwhelmed. We waited three and a half hours for dinner. Just pasta! I think the part of my wife was half a position. I have the answer to the complaint: I don't have the boss! The taste of all dishes was bad or tasteless and a part was greasy. The ordered parmesan was never brought. Conclusion: no recommendation, we will no longer go there
