Drive thru yuck. Since I was not ready to order the employees decided that they did not take my order at all. 15 minutes before closing. Okay, I'll go another place. I'm sure your neighbor Hardee takes my money?

Never have chickens when I always get out of the offers at 8 a.m. and tonight from pretty every chicken, it seems there staff need to learn how to prepare for the evening instead of running early every single night. This place needs help

Food was ok. But the staff was incredibly rude. They asked to take my order at the drive thru and as soon as I started talking she told me to hold on. Then another lady got on there 5 minutes later and was completely interested in anything I had to say. She repeated my order back to me like it was a complete inconvenience. Then when I got to the window she took my card. No hello, thank you, nothing. When she handed it back and I said thank you it was crickets. She didn't say anything when she handed me my food and she was a manager. I can only imagine how here employees act. I'm in customer service and would never treat someone that way to make them feel like they were an inconvenience just for ordering food.

Just purchased my first Chicken Potpie without the chicken. Wasn't what I ordered but that's what I got. Has never happened before, hope it doesn't happen again. I do enjoy patronizing them, just disappointed this time!
