Contribuiți la feedbackEating took forever to get out. They were from most chicken. They had us parked and we waited about 30 minutes before my husband went to see what was going on. They served the other cars that were driven through. You obviously don't know what fast food is.
I usually don't write reviews, but after today I felt it was necessary. I went to Bojangles today. At first the service in the restaurant was slow because the staff seemed to serve only customers on the trip thru. Finally I got my order and noticed that the chicken was cooked over. I took the order back and the manager made my order again, but the chicken was still a bit over boiled and dry.
I rarely fail to write reviews on Google, but these Bojangles in Raeford inspired me. My family has eaten here on many occasions, and this place has made mistakes with our orders. Often there is no food we paid for in the car. So check your order better every time! If something is missing, they make it fast, but this includes a journey inward and dealing with apathetic staff who do not disturb to apologize. On this note we ordered salad from here and there was a whole moth in my wife's salad! My wife called the manager, but they refused to reimburse or even make an apology. They said the salads come prefabricated and they don't touch them. Now I have tried to see the mobile order experience whether they can make all meals and pages involved, but low and see I wait on board for 30 minutes. The employee said it will wait another 15 minutes for chicken and I asked back inside to get my lock delivery order.
So we go here to get food quite often. Almost every time they forget something (toes, forks, food, etc.). Often they are from something? I understand delays in shipping, shortages, whatever this can cause. The service is always crazy slow, but this is because of people who do not work there and a high turnover of people, I have never seen the same employee through twice. But tonight I'm never back. I have a grilled chicken salad, it eaten and about five bites I found a dead bug of unknown species. I'm glad I saw it before I put it in my mouth. If my husband and I had time to go to the store to be refunded, we would. We won't ever be back, or for at least a long time. I'm totally disgusting and disappointed. So we went back. A few times. The first time we have a huge picnic order and it should come with four pages, they shortened us a page. Oh, well, it happens. They were back to breakfast and they did not give the side of Speck for my son, so I had to park and go and ask. The guy in the register didn't recognize my existence, didn't ask what I needed. When I said he got the bacon, he said nothing. At least you have to say something. He was the most rude person I treated. I'm so disappointed in this place. She? ve went so fast on the hill. Someone has to go in and take care of everything that's the problem.
Food took over 40 minutes to come out after being quoted 7 to 10 minutes for one 3 piece supreme meal. I was told to park and wait for my food to be brought out. When I finally got the food I ordered it was cold. I had to go inside and when I inquired about my food, the food was sitting on the counter.
