Rally's Hamburgers - Radcliff

The line at the restaurant moved quickly, and the person taking orders at the window was efficient at handling multiple orders at once. The food was delicious and did not cause any stomach issues later on. Overall, no complaints.

I have been waiting in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes and there is no way to exit except to wait for all the cars to go through. When I finally reached the order speaker, I was informed that they were out of the item I requested, which was disappointing enough until they began to laugh about it. They also did not answer the phone before I arrived, resulting in a waste of my time, gas, and money. I am extremely disappointed.

After wanting a Rally's burger for sometime due to living out of state,it was a disappointing burger. The young gentleman that served was excellent and had a great sense of humor.

We ordered from Uber eats and the delivery was delayed for almost an hour. Driver had to wait for an excessive amount of time because they were too ?booked up? and then when we got our order our food and drinks had bugs in it, the food was sealed up andso were the drinks so it couldn?t have been the driver. We called the restaurant and then when we asked for the cooperate theyrudely hung up on us. Don?t get food from here!

The food did not meet our expectations compared to previous experiences. The waiter seemed more focused on speed than accuracy when taking our order, making it feel rushed and impersonal. It felt like our order was being handed off to an auctioneer.
