Contribuiți la feedbackPlease stop telling customers it will take at least 20 minutes to prepare a 12-piece family meal just because you don’t want to work. There were no customers in the drive-thru or inside at 5:35 PM. Last time I checked, KFC uses pressure cookers for chicken, not slow cookers! What kind of chicken takes 20 minutes to deep fry? The employees at this location are hurting your business. I even went inside to avoid slowing down the drive-thru, as I understand how things work in the restaurant business.
The bread on my chicken little sandwiches was stale, and the chicken consisted mostly of fried batter and gristle. Only one person seemed to be working while the others sat at a table chatting. Overall, it wasn't worth the money.
The food met the expectations set by the brand. However, the drive-thru staff member was curt and nearly rude. I was advised to stick with the location in E-Town or to go to Lees if I was in Radcliff, and now I understand why.
They got our order wrong, we told them 4 times at the window. And after getting home still found out they didn't fix anything. I will not be using the radcliff kfc anymore. I also didn't get a receipt so im not sure who to call and let them know that thestaff isn't doing their Jon properly. Maybe the management need to reevaluate their staff.
KFC needs to shut down this location and let Popeyes move in. You order through the app and still have to wait over 20 minutes! Horrible customer service, rude and lazy employees!! There's never an apology because this is how they were apparentlytrained. Don't bother sending any feedback to KFC because it's an automated reply and no one ever reads them.
