Contribuiți la feedbackDisappointing place, almost missed, but the orange dach helped. very friendly and helpful staff. a few ripening. decided to try the squirted pig too. that was good. the sauce cut well with the taste of the meat. the sides were good and the corn leaf was slightly delicious. rib were fleshy and had a great taste, without sauce. perfectly cooked. very little fat. a big hit. they had no banana pudding cakes left, but the earthy butter and banana cake were different and tasty. back to the city next month and that will hold a stop.
The best roasted pig I have ever had the pleasure of eating. All the food is exceptional. A shoutout to the pitmaster and the other chefs for their amazing work!
You can always gauge the quality of a grill restaurant by its ribs, and let me tell you, these ribs practically fall off the bone! They serve a dipping sauce on the side, which I initially ignored because the ribs were so delicious on their own. But once I tried the sauce, it blew my mind! The blend of flavors is rich and pairs perfectly with the meat. Everything is homemade, and the portions are generous! I definitely plan to eat here again tomorrow!
Fraug and Tony are wonderful, kind individuals. I hope we can secure some space there, as they are truly special people who deserve our support. It would be great to assist them in getting back on their feet financially.
