Need to learn customer service 101Terrible!!! If you enjoy being talked to by rude workers then this is your place.

I was pleased to discover that I could order online at this restaurant, as the waiting times can be unpredictable and often very long. However, despite ordering an hour in advance, my food was not ready at the scheduled pick-up time. After waiting inside for an additional 25 minutes, I finally received my order but some items seemed to have been lost in the process. It wasn't until I stood at the counter and stayed there that my order was finally prepared. The chicken was tasty and the staff were friendly, earning this place 2 stars instead of 0. Next time, I think I'll just cook for myself at home to save time.

I've ordered on the app SEVERAL times hoping that my meal would be prepared when I get there. Unfortunately it never is Im always asked to pull up while others are served before me. I often have missing items such as dips or ketchup. Food is sometimes good but last time I went I could tell that my chicken tinders were cut in half and very small. I always have much better luck at the Houma and Thibodaux location.

The restroom needs a thorough cleaning.The rest of the restaurant was acceptable, but there were no napkins or cup lids.Service was prompt and polite, but the red beans tasted old.

This restaurant closes at 11pm. Sometimes I get off work at 7pm, and they always have an excuse and never have any food available. It's absurd.
