Domino's Pizza - Raceland

The staff that answered the phone and dealt with me in the store are always upbeat and courteous.

The food is consistently hot and ready whenever we arrive at the pickup window.

I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread. One of the pizzas was perfect, but the other one, which was mine, had way too much sauce and was completely soggy—only two slices were edible. The rest had barely any cheese and an excessive amount of sauce. When I tried the cheese bread, the dough was undercooked. I'm really frustrated; I spent $40, but only one pizza was satisfactory since the other two items were inedible. They only offered me a coupon for my next order, but I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. I'm very disappointed.

The customer service was excellent, and the wait time was reasonable. The prices are fair, though they could be a bit lower. However, I felt the pizza could have been better. Ultimately, it reflects the company's intentions and standards, so it is what it is.
