Gluten-free Italian shrub in Quito? The team is very knowledgeable about the topic, as Italians are some of the gluten-free people I have ever met. I wasn't all that worries me. You will not have gf pasta or pizza, but many other dishes are available to enjoy without the obvious gluten pages.

First night in quito and loving this place food is excellent and the owner staff are super friendly they also offer half portion in some meal dessert wich we found it wonderful , highly recommended it .
