Oyster Boy - Quezon City

They should perhaps rename their restaurant in oyster king because their oyster dishes are divine. the oysters rockefeller tasted as expected, but the real manifestation was their fresh oysters with wasabi cocktail sauce. honestly, I was not interested in trying the latter because it looked and sounded as it would taste strange, but thankful, I was pleasantly surprised despite them specializing in oystering, it is good to know that they did not neglect all their other dishes, because all the other we ate was also delicious.

I should order oysters with Bleu cheese, but the cheese is not available, so I had the rockefeller instead. when I know how difficult it is to prepare for oysters, I find the rockefeller, which is cheap at the oysters, is fresh, doesn't taste and smells like petrol and very tasty! I also ordered buffalo wings, as it is marked as a speciality in the menu. I didn't like it. the wings are much to penetrate in the sauce, which looks like ketchup, the gurken diving supplements not the wing, and the wings lack heat. oysters are the specificity of the rest, so I should have stuck with them, that I come back for the oysters.

That was great. I was here a few times. my only concern was the waitress named maya. She was rude when we came in. it was understood that we were already drunk when we came in, but my understanding was still clear. I ordered when I maya asked to come closer because she was feet away from me to get my order. we literally screamed against each other. I asked her to come closer and she just went out, not to finish my order. totally unprofessional! I have no problem with other waiters/waiters except this one. the management might be totally crazy to keep them!

Never was oyster boy cubao, but have many good memories at the Ortigas bronch. many of their variations damped, baked, etc. and always paired with white wine. thanks for the good memories oyster boy!

The food tasted bland and the servers were not that accommodating. The gambas was to watery. The Beef Salpicao with Mushroom was okay. Oysters with Cheese and Garlic was good.
