I am glad that little zen sushi gave me an authentic Japanese smoker experience at a ridiculously reasonable price. all on their bowl was on the spot; the soft boiled egg marinated in soy, the tasty Chashu disc and the rich sesame broth of the tantanmen shams! I can't wait to taste the shio and miso! but for the amazing tantanmen alone, 5 stars youngs! good work!
