Contribuiți la feedbackFor us, when asked for a restaurant with great Filipino Food, Mesa will always come out of that list. (F ood: Another restaurant that serves Filipino food with a twist. What we usually order: Tinapa Rice flavorful rice of smoked fish. Love this rice but I hope they would amp up the serving size since the rice is so yummy and when shared, I think it can only serve 2 persons : Pork Sinigang in Guawa and Pineapple there is something magical in this dish. maybe it is the wonderful mix of sweet and sour pineapple and that unique guava taste. It's like the flavors are looking for your attention so they acted as a team and impressed you well : haha! But it took me a while before I loved this one of a kind soup. Crispy Boneless Tilapia with four sauces super love this dish and its special sauces, particularly love the honey patis dip! yummy! Crispchon yummy young lechon served in two ways! either in a pandan crepe or chili garlic. so sumptuos and yummy! Baby squid in olive oil super love this dish! yummy yummy yummy! They also offer seasonal seafood like crab, which you can choose the way you want it cooked, I prefer it to be salted and spicy (A mbience: The layout is like an open restaurant with some seats outside the the main restaurant. Their place is quite small for large groups but partitions were made for a more private feel (I am not sure if they have special rooms for special private reservations . but they have The place is neat and tidy and is well kept. But this place is great for bonding with family or your friends. (B utler Service: The servers are friendly and provide our requests at once.
Mesa is a favourite go to place for Filipino restaurant. I love their tofu with century egg. And the Pata and Karekare is the best. Although it’s a little hot in the area. But will still be back
Mesa Moderne Filipino understands that adapting to change is everything. Despite being recognized consistently as one of the top Filipino restaurant retailers, still, they innovate their menu regularly. On this Looloo rendezvous, we were presented a whole new line-up of creative concepts brought about on what they feel their customers are and will look for. First, let me suggest a pairing, a certified must-have combination especially when you are with family and friends. The All Meat Platter of classic Filipino barbecue with a bowl of Tinapa Fried Rice. You have juicy, well-seasoned barbecue chicken, beef (tadyang) and pork matched with tasty and smoky flavors of tinapa. Heaven! If you grew up craving for Sinigang, Mesa has a unique variety with Sinigang na Hipon with Guava and Pineapple. The source of sourness collides with some hints of sweetness, given the presence of two different fruits. Mesa also added traditional Pancit Canton and a twist on the familiar Adobong Kangkong. These new savory pieces should be enough to get you to visit them again. The last bite before our team went to another Foodee Global Concepts restaurant was Turon with Langka Ice Cream. This packed a punch with its strong lingering taste! The saba and jackfruit wrapped together seemed like it was meant to be. Mesa awaits you. When is the next occasion?
I was craving for Kare-Kare so we went here for dinner. They have two kinds of kare-kare: Beef and Tripe and the Oxtail kare-kare. The Beef and Tripe is cheaper than the other one but both tastes great. I love the peanut sauce. Serving size is just good for 2 persons. Service is good but I just find this branch small and cramped.
Sobrang sarap !!!! This is some tasty delish food we talking here people...the only reason they didn't get a 5 was I didn't like the place/ambience. I love my traditional Filipino food....its still the comfort food of my soul..so we ordered some not the usual but still classic dishes: Crispy Pork Binagoonan (probably spelt this wrong for sake) Fried whole Hito fish (wtf) Liempo (can never be wrong) Adobong Pusit (darkness is here) BBQ Chicken (felt we needed more) The pork binagoonan is a 50/50 dish for most people.....I absolutely love the saltiness but any gwai lo will hate this dish fo sho.....the texture and tomatoes in it were amazing Hito...fried fish..nuff said...fresh and cant go wrong Liempo....you can never stuff this up....this is one my default Filipino dishes...give me liempo every time son Adobong pusit....this looks bad....but the taste is out of this world....this is one of my favourite dishes to eat especially if its fresh...so tender so juicy...like hot dogs Bbq chicken...tastes nice...only issue was three pieces u serz cuzzy
