Tim Hortons - Queensborough

Fake hours of operation. They close at 10 pm not 11pm. Wasted my gas for these lameasfuks

The guys at the 711 are awesome and I go here all the time. First time trying out the Tim hortons though and I have to say this is the worst Tim hortons I have ever been too, no exaggeration.Went in here to get a breakfast sandwich a few days ago. The biscuit bun that it came on was not heated at all and literally cold to the touch. The egg that came with my meal had a huge greyish spot on it, so the egg was old, or overcooked at the very least.Manager tried to refuse me a refund even though I had literally just bought them and hadn't even left the store, her reason still evades me because she was not only talking under her breath the whole time, but she had a very heavy accent and was using broken english.When she finally did give me one, she tried not to give me my money back for the extra cheese; only after bringing it up TWICE with people in line behind me did she finally give me the refund for the extra cheese....

I ordered a few wraps from this location and they were all very well made. I would definitely come back again.

I got burnt bagel today at 6pm at this location .Poor customer service
