The flavor is incredible when freshly baked. The almond pretzel makes me happy.
You have to wait patiently because of long line. Slow service.
The issue I encountered at this restaurant was with the workers. The food was decent, but unfortunately anything they put in a take-out bag ended up being burned. Be sure to only choose items you can see to avoid any problems.

The line is ridiculously long and moves at a glacial pace. The employees work very slow. Not worth it when the line is long, unless you really can't live without whatever you're ordering.
