Amazing Grace - Queens

I called ahead and ordered takeout for today's party. The person taking my order said they would call me back in 10 minutes with the total. However, I never received a callback after several attempts to reach them. When we arrived to pick up the order, the cashier informed us that they had received the order but did not prepare the food because the person taking the order had left without notifying them. This seems unbelievable since the order was clearly entered into their system. If they had only answered one of my many calls, this mix-up could have been avoided. We are extremely disappointed as this delay not only affected our party plans but also wasted our time. Thank you for nothing.

I went to this restaurant yesterday with a friend. the food we ordered but was delicious, which I didn't like was that I was calculated extra for eating, then what is on the menu on their website. an additional fee was on my bill for a drink I had not ordered, but when I talked to one of the waiters, he was polite and gave me a dose juice. And I got automatically 20% satisfaction, which was $10.12! What's going on with these people, they are a demolition! when the waiter brought me the bill, and I started to go through it, he asked me to read me as if I had been distracted. after they had charged everything he did to forget my credit card, and when I got it back, it was without the entry. in the meantime, the bank had the entrance curved and thrown him out, so when I asked for it and got him in this, I found him strange. they work in tandem to tear you off, I never go back!

We ordered hot calamansi juice, but it was served in a glass. It should have been served in a mug to keep it hot. Our breakfast, which usually comes with pandesal, was served late after 15-20 minutes. The pandesal could have been served earlier with water while we waited for our main order. The sunny-side-up egg I ordered was not cooked well, as shown in the attached photo. Our order came after two tables who arrived later than us. The pancit lomi I ordered did not have the vegetables it should have come with. The servers and cooks need to be properly trained. Additionally, a 20% tip should not be automatically added to the bill, especially if the service is not of good quality.

I used to be a big fan of this restaurant and would always recommend it, but my most recent visit will be my last. The quality of service and food has drastically declined. I can't help but wonder if there has been a change in management since Amazing Grace first opened. I am very disappointed.
