This place is a sad disappointmentWe walked in, the place was packedWe worried about getting a seat right away but we're seated within 10 minutes.

I was there today with my wife for brunch, we sat down and placed our orders then I read some reviews here.

Just tried to have my first Ben and Florentine breakfast. Drove out to the nuns island branch, of course I checked if they serve breakfast late like all breakfast restaurants BUT they wouldn't serve us. It was 2:30 PM and they close at 3:00PM. But nope, they wouldn't seat us or serve us categorically refused. Their explanation was that when only a few tables are left being served they close the kitchen. REALLY! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Needless to say we will never go back and as it's a policy to close the kitchen at random times I will also heed all my friends to this policy. Poor business conduct on their part and as restaurants are struggling to stay afloat, there are many who will gladly accommodate us even half an hour before their posted closing time.
