Subway - Putnam

I recently visited a Subway restaurant and was intrigued by a question on the receipt prompting me to visit global.subway.com and provide feedback in exchange for a "sweet offer." I followed the instructions and received a code for 2 free cookies and a drink. However, when I presented the code at the restaurant, the owner claimed it was invalid because I did not have a barcode. This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. It seems that Subway is not living up to their promises and may not be as trustworthy as they claim to be.

Been going here for years and the quality here has dropped to the point where I may not even order anymore. I order online everyday 2-3 hours ahead of time and when I go to pick it up its ether not ready or there is no one there to give me my sandwich. Becoming disappointed in this establishment.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived at the restaurant around 7:20 pm on 2/19/22, only to find out that the store closes at 8 pm. Everything was already being packed up and the server was busy on her phone. The management should make it clear what closing time means. We decided to visit one of the many other restaurants in the city instead.

Subway in walmart is always a bad experience. Ordered a BLT and got 2 of the smallest pieces of bacon and a mountain of lettuce. Along with plenty of attitude from the employee. Subway down the street that I usually go to never had a problem. Stay away if you can, subway down the street across from McDonald's is definitely the way to go.
