Empress Pearl Milk Tea - Purcellville

Customer service was terrible. We waited for the worker for 10 mins, who then came out of the back huffing like I was taking up his time. I ordered 3 drinks, with every drink I ordered he huffed again. The drinks were good, but customer service had much area for improvement.

Love the staff and cashier!! So nice and accommodating!!!!!

Today and on my two previous visits, the cashier has gotten my order completely wrong,. Normally this would bother me, everyone makes mistakes. But now it is a pattern. The past two visits they are completely out of boba…and they have only been open for 90 minutes…

I came to this place one time and the boba was very bad. It made me sick. I thought it was just that day so I tried today. It looks disgusting and I took a sip, the boba was very chewy and I felt sick again. Would not recommend this place.
