I had the chance to dine at the hostel with my wife. The setting, the warm welcome and especially an exquisite cuisine from the terroir with quality local farmers products simply delighted us. A real treat. What a pleasure! Do not hesitate to restore it. 100% recommended!

We came to Auberge de Pugny for a Saturday lunch. Seating on the terrace (there is also a garden) is nice, with a view of the village church (and a glimpse of Lac du Bourget). Service is friendly and attentive, but it took more than 10 minutes to bring the menus (and a further 10 minutes to take our order) .. it was not very busy on that day. Food is good, although the Chevre chaud got a little too much chaud and our Cabillaud seemed to have been a very fit guy ... Carte de Vin has a good selection of local wines at reasonable prices. Definitely a place to visit again, when in the Aix les Bains area.
