Appachi - Puducherry

We ordered not veg meals and biryani, the food flavor was good, but the service is not well organized, we need to wait for repeated orders and forget the personal what we asked. can be better with the service.

I have been here a few times and have had a good experience with the place and food. I have given 4 stars because coming from Madurai I have tasted better flavour than here yet I am satisfied with this menu.

Had visited this place for lunch while I was on official visit to pondicherry.wanted to have some fish curry rice, which is the staple food in any coastal town. Googled for the restaurants nearby and this one popped out. The fist thing that caught my attention was the elegant old style look of the entrance of the restaurant..it's really captivating. The food was awesome and the rice was unlimited. The place was well maintained, clean and hygienic. The staff was very courteous and displayed professionalism. The pricing on the menu was nominal and there is a variety of things to choose from. The only down side is, ther parking. The restaurant is located in a small galli and so there is no parking space, if u r coming in by a 4 wheeler, but there is sufficient space for 2 wheeler parking

Eating is just a headblow! one has to go out for those who want to explore chettinad cuisine! lunch: get out of biryani soon! also the veg meal is highly recommended! must try the fish curry, pfeffer cream, chicken chettinad gravy the parotas
