Saigon Café - Provo

I love. This place. So much. The food is great. The prices are very reasonable. Portions are generous. The hot and sour soup here may be my favorite soup of all time. So much flavor! It's a family run business and a gem of Provo. So glad they're still in business! Update: it's still here!
