Bearclaw Cabin - Provo

That was our favorite day in SLC. The ride on the ski lift is in the direct sun, so bring sunscreen (I did not make the mistake). The ride probably takes 20 minutes. Once? up the views are to THE FOR. My wife and I enjoyed beer and chips and guacamole. It was good. We hanged there for hours. We can't expect to come back at the next visit.

I eat in Bear Claw cabin at the top of the Sundance Ski Resort for the view location. Service is great. Prices are appropriate for a cabin on the magnificent mountains. Today I had a $10 Frito bowl a $4 hot Koko. Everything on the menu is either Mexican food or chili or both. Off menu on the counter is a bakery basket of huge cookies and brownies. Eating at Bearclaw is a total gas or a sugar crash.

Just a snack at the top. The nachos are HUGE and the wine is very meager. Look at the Utah Lake Valley and Deer Creek Reservoir, pretty lazy with smoke when we were there. Slow ride on the chairlift, very nice and pleasant. Do not go without lowering the front safety bar if you are afraid of heights! Great for a autumn afternoon, lift tickets included in the price for a room/cabin, exciting mountain bike also.
