The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. Last night, they even split my kids' meal into two containers so my two young children wouldn't fight over the food. I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness. The restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained. The food is always delicious, and their gravy is the best chip gravy in Launceston.

The owner of this restaurant has truly perfected it. They offer delicious and affordable comfort food. The staff is always attentive and ensures that customers are served quickly, even up until closing time. If you arrive just before closing, they will still patiently take your order without rushing. And the fries are always cooked to perfection.

One of my go-to choices for fast food, Charcoal Chicken has some of the best chips I have ever had from any restaurant. Their chicken is also delicious, and the gravy is the cherry on top. I have been a regular customer here and the service has always been quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
