We came for a date with my wife in honor of our 4-year anniversary, for the organization of which a nanny came to our home. entered the institution at 20:55, there were still other visitors. at 21:05 the waiters turned off the music. and it is clear that the owner tried to make everything perfect in this place. but the service! I asked three different employees at intervals to turn on the music, at least quietly, but for the atmosphere. was not rude to anyone, asked kindly. ignored all three requests. in the end they said, sorry, the phone from which the music was playing went down. just disrespect! if the establishment is open until 10 p.m., please provide service right up to the last minute of work, and not when the waiters are telling you not to turn on the music for people who came to spend time with you and leave their money. we are very disappointed! although I will repeat, the institution is modern and has a very impressive entourage. It is not clear why employees treat guests like this.

I liked the place, although there are nuances. Beautiful territory, you feel like you are in the forest, comfortable beds and deckchairs. Relaxed atmosphere, no loud music. Plenty of parking space 2 pools, please note that the small one is not for children, it is even deeper than the big pool. That is, there is no children's pool Current prices: chaise longue 1000 UAH, bed for 2 (essentially the same chaise lounges) 2000 UAH, bungalow 4000 UAH. Online booking is available. Food: no bright impressions. There is too much sauce in the pizza and it is similar to ordinary ketchup, the tom yam is not rich in taste, mostly spicy, the tubes with condensed milk are quite tasty. I did not like the cocktails at all, as if diluted with water, served in plastic cups. Prices: slightly above average, there are positions that are frankly surprising: matcha in vegetable milk for UAH 230 is somehow overkill). A 10% tip is automatically included in the bill Service: I can't say anything bad, sometimes you have to wait until the waiter pays attention, but for us it was not a disaster

We were in DOM today for the second time, and this time we feel only disappointment. On this day, there was a wedding in the hall next to the pool, so all the staff were in a rush, which negatively affected the quality of service at the pool. After lunch, we decided to order food, the waitress took the order and everything seemed fine. We waited 35-40 minutes, asked another waiter when our order would be ready, to which he replied that we need to wait for food for at least 2 hours and it is better to refuse the order. I have 0 complaints about the waiter, thank you for his honesty. However, first of all, the question arises why the waitress does not warn when taking the order that you have to wait long enough (2 hours)? Secondly, why can't the establishment warn its guests in advance that an event/holiday will be held in the adjacent hall and after dinner the order will have to wait longer? It would be enough to at least apologize for this situation, because we are all people in different situations. However, we did not hear any apologies from the staff.

I was at the restaurant yesterday and would like to share a review. The administrator honestly warned about a possible delay with the order, and this, of course, created a little inconvenience. But the dishes turned out to be very tasty. I believe that the cost of the delay is justified by the delicious dishes offered at this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant was packed. This interfered with communication and created discomfort, but we came to the stadium. Too loud. It is impossible to carry on a dialogue even with those who are sitting next to you. The restaurant is not staffed with the right amount of staff, which leads to large delays in service. The waiter was incompetent: he did not know the menu and could not offer us anything. Also, the waiter forgot to bring drinks and we had to remind him of this several times. The dishes were very different from what we chose on the menu they were too expensive and the used products did not meet the declared pricing policy. Our food was over salted. We were forced to leave without waiting for the desserts, as the waiter promised twice that they would be ready in 15 minutes. I definitely do NOT recommend this place!!!
