Triumph Brewing Company Princeton

It took a while to have a member of the waitstaff greet us to take our order. When we were waited on, the waiter was great- very personable and upbeat. The beer was great as were the potato appetizer. I asked for my burger well done but it was pink. Got two bites in before I realized and was kinda grossed out. I’m sure if I had let the waiter know he would have fixed it but I am always hesitant to send food back. Would go back for drinks but not to eat.

Everything was good except the noise level was so high that it made having a conversation a bit difficult.

We brought friends for lunch who’ve never been. All fare was perfect. Whether the fig salad, hamburger or grilled cheese. They also liked the ambiance and decor.

Great service and delicious food. We hope to come back to try the peanut butter mousse next time we are in town.

These reservations made weeks ago and drove there an hour to just see that they decided to close for a few days and never their reservations!! Unbelievable!! Easy business practice.
