Shanghai Park - Princeton

Their aromatic beef noodle soup is fantastic. Not too salty yet very flavorful. Lots of beef, all very tender, with plenty of greens. Outdoor seating is nice and very covid safe.

On April 23, 2022, I still consider the soup dumplings to be my top pick in New Jersey. Today, I also sampled some other dishes, which left a more positive impression than my previous visits. However, I still think the prices are a bit steep when I consider the cost-to-value ratio. The soup dumplings were excellent, but the other dishes we ordered didn’t stand out as much. Overall, I found the pricing to be on the higher side.

Delicious and flavorful Chinese cuisine! We really enjoy the soup dumplings, the spicy shredded beef, and their lo mein. The food is served promptly, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area.

We visited for Christmas dinner and found the restaurant quite busy, especially with takeout orders. They had several bags prepared for takeout service. Despite having multiple waitstaff who were all very efficient, they struggled to keep up with the number of guests. The food was excellent and fairly priced. They offered tea, but there were no fried noodles or fortune cookies available. We’ll definitely return.
