Tj's Pizza - Prince Albert

I just wish they had a seating area for diners because their lasagna is as good as any in Prince Albert, but at a much more affordable price!

I've always enjoyed this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:25 PM and waited until 9:15 PM. When I called to check on my order, I was told that the driver had just left. After another 20 minutes, I called again and received a rude response when I expressed that I didn't want a cold pizza. The staff member simply told me to wait. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my order at 9:50 PM. It's frustrating to have to wait so long for food and to receive poor service when I inquired about my order after an hour.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order. The first delivery was incorrect, and when I called to address the issue, I was met with an unhelpful attitude when they promised to send the correct order. After waiting an additional hour, they only delivered one pizza instead of the two I had ordered. I decided to return it all and request a refund. However, the only option they gave me for my refund was to come in and pick it up. When I arrived, the supervisor was confrontational and tried to intimidate me, which made the situation even more unpleasant.
