Star House Family - Prince Albert

This place is awesome! Waitresses are so kind and very beautiful, the service was lovely, food came out hot and was very delicious. Manager could be better but other than the waitresses were very respectful and handled pressure extremely well. Only complaint is the way the management talks to their workers. Overall food 10/10 service 10/10.

I expected the food to be fresher at 4pm, but unfortunately it was not. It was mediocre and lacked flavor. Considering the price, the quality should have been higher.

My family and I have been ordering from Star House for many years and we absolutely love it. The food is always fresh and top quality. If there is ever a shortage of food on the buffet, it's because it's so popular and gets eaten quickly. This is our top choice for Chinese food. Highly recommend.

We ordered delivery...expensive. we were charged 4.50 for our paper plates. We ordered dinner for 4 which was like a dinner for 2. I'm feeling g a little ripped off. Won't order here again. Food was good however.

The RUDEST customer service I’ve had in a long time. We called and were very kind and patient on the phone with the lady, she was short, cutting us off, ignoring our questions, and then pretended she didn’t hear us.. terrible service. You shouldn’t go here, it’s not worth the food. The food isn’t the best either.
