Wendy's - Prattville

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting 12 minutes, my salad arrived, and all it had was a single apple wedge cut into tiny pieces. Additionally, I noticed that at least two staff members were wearing their masks below their noses, which was concerning. There was no sign on the door, so I walked in to use the restroom while waiting for my food, especially after being on the road for 4 hours. I was informed that I couldn't use the restroom next door, which was frustrating.

The service was disappointing. I ended up leaving without placing an order after being completely overlooked for more than five minutes.
