Absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly! I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions, and they answered every one of them!

Every time I've been to Heat, the service has been fast and the food has been delicious. Every staff member I've interacted with has been exceptionally friendly and patient. They’re always eager to provide suggestions or offer samples if you’re unsure about what to order. During my latest visit, I opted for a regular cup filled with ultimate peanut butter, along with Oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough. Both flavors were amazing! If you're in the mood to try something new, I highly recommend the Oreo flavor, as well as the key lime pie, which I sampled but was almost out of.

Charming atmosphere, indulgent desserts, and a perfect spot for indulging in some guilty pleasures. But hey, we can always work it off tomorrow, right?

The ice cream is among the best options for the whole family.

The cake batter flavor no longer features blue frosting and sprinkles; it now simply tastes like vanilla with a hint of cake flavor.
