Waffle House - Prattville

The food and service were outstanding. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a Waffle House, and it was notably clean as well.

Floor was extremely nasty worker dropped water and other liquid and stated the mop was dirty that’s why she couldn’t use it I guess they didn’t have a broom as well. Tables was not clean as so many customers was coming in and needed to be seated. Had plenty of workers just was not being productive. Just incase check out the next Waffle House.

The young waiter was so kind and efficient. He was wonderful.

Just had to shout out the lady’s working last Wednesday 9/13 morning, they are all awesome and super fast!

Clean up your store. I work for Waffle House Pigeon Forge TN. You would never walk into our house and it be filthy! The floors looked like they hadn't seen a mop in a few days. All the tables were filthy. I think retraining ALL of your staff is in order and start with the GM that allows this nastiness!
