Kfc - Prattville

The staff was amazing! We arrived at 8 a.m. and didn't know that the lobby closed at 8 and went through was open until 9. Cashier greeted us with a smile and even offered to let us dip (we didn't choose us because we are not this kind of person... we know how it is to leave the work ASAP). Our Togo order was hot, fresh (also directly when closing) and delicious!

I must say, recently I have noticed that a decrease in customer service is quite everywhere, but this place has due to the basic principles of customer service that all restaurants should have. The older lady waiting for me was just great in every respect. Thank you for not losing what is most during a time when all the others correspond to the world.

The staff was great and my food was ready in a few minutes! Keep the great work here!
