I ordered the cheese double-bacon burger, but it took over an hour for us to receive our food, and it wasn't due to a lack of staff—they had eight waiters and plenty of people in the kitchen. I'm not sure why it took so long. That burger, though, was fantastic!
We visited on a weekday and were seated immediately. Our waiter, who was always around to assist us, was fantastic! He was friendly, humorous, and super attentive, especially with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about Steven. The food portions were generous and the taste was excellent! My husband really enjoyed the beer as well. It had been a while since we last visited BWW, and this experience definitely reminded us of what we had been missing. We'll be back soon—thank you, Steven!
The wings were great here. I'm not sure what happened, though. The server/bartender was very nice. My only complaint is that the cook couldn't count. I ordered 10 wings but only got 9. What's going on? Thanks.
