Uminono - Prahran

I discovered Uminono through a recommendation on Broadsheet and decided to give it a try. I absolutely loved the experience! The food was fantastic; the sashimi was incredibly fresh, the truffles were delightful, and it was the best seaweed I've ever had. I also enjoyed the unique cup for the soy sauce—it added an extra fun touch. The chefs were friendly without being overly talkative, which I appreciated since I was dining alone. I will definitely return or order their sushi boxes the next time I visit Melbourne!
