Same prices and quality as victoria street but much closer to home and a nicer decorService was a lot less Germanic than Richmond too.

Saigon Rose is an unassuming Vietnamese restaurant down the Prahran end of Chapel Street.

I have visited many Vietnamese restaurants, but I had a fantastic time with my friends and enjoyed the most delicious Vietnamese dishes at Saigonrose. I highly recommend it.
