Taco Bell - Powell

This Taco Bell location was the worst I've ever been to! We ordered online for pick up, but when we arrived, the lobby was closed. We had to wait in a long drive-thru line, only to find out that our order wasn't ready and they didn't have enough staff to open the lobby on a busy Saturday. We tried to cancel our order online, but it didn't work. When we finally got to the window, the employee wouldn't even speak to us. She gave us our drinks without any explanation, and we had to ask for sauces and napkins. There was no indication online that there were any issues with the lobby. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with long wait times and rude customer service.

I visited this restaurant last week, 30 minutes before it closed and still received great customer service! They accidentally forgot one of our items, but when I called, they allowed me to come back and retrieve it.

I ordered a 5 dollar challupa box and I'm used to getting it in the box so I don't care how many tacos I get and so they just have our eating in the bag and too much sauce that we don't want

Great food but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Ordered chicken chipotlle chalupa combo got beef. Pepsi they had no ice and no straw. Then charged me 9.00.when i called she said there is only 1 of us here. Im sorry have a nice day and hung up. So my order wasnt right and i was over charged. No receipt to show purchase. Not ever going back
