Jersey Mike's Subs - Poway

This jersey mikes has great service and food. we where heading down to the beach and wanted to grab a few sandwiches and we where in and out in 10 minutes!!

Horrible customer service. No manners what so ever. Kids working here. I love jersey mikes but I’ll definitely never come back to this one.

Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. I got a DoorDash order because I could not leave my work to pick it up. They Never read special requests, nor the modifications you make to your sandwich. I ordered a club sandwich with no oil and vinegar, added a special request on the special request line and said oil and vinegar on the side please. Got my order, had oil and vinegar right on the sandwich, took a bite... no bacon. Lunch ruined and can 't go back to fox it. Poway rd location is way better. I accidentally chose this location in the app and didn 't realize til after the fact. t 's been in a year and I just hoped they fixed their ways. Nope. Read your customers requests and make sure orders that are getting delivered are made correctly. Super disappointed, but not surprised with this location.

I went in contemplating if the employee would think I'm crazy for asking him to heat my turkey meat, I've been craving a sub these past 4 months of being pregnant and the gentleman who assisted me had some tattoos on his arm, I believe one of it was a shark.. anyways he did it without hesitation and kindly ask if I was pregnant and I told him yes! He even congratulated me, it's really the small things! Thank you for being kind, what a great asset you have on the team!

I went here last week and janelle was extremely patient and nice trying to find my order. I order here often and always online since I have a short lunch. I ordered online like normal and it switched to a different location. Tom the manager was in a meeting and over heard our conversation and took it upon himself to step aside and help me. They made my order right then and there. I was able to enjoy my food instead of having to rush over to another location. I loved this location already but this just made it even better. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service!
