Five Guys - Potsdam

Got a couple of burgers and fries, I love that they have Vinegar for the fries. I recommend getting an All The Way Burger.

The food was good. Service was good. Our only complaint was they had the air conditioning on and the front door wide open. It was so cold inside we were all shivering! It was in mid 80's outside. But to have it that cold was ridiculous. Other customers were complaining about it being too cold

I only give 4 instead of 5 because I ordered a small fry and ended up with half a bag full of fries. Not a bad thing, just not what I asked for

Very good food, clean dining area. It was busy at the time I visited. One bad news about the whole thing was the cost ,21.00 dollars for burger,fries and drink for one person. If whole family went it would be near 100. Dollars.

Five Guys is one of these chains, one expects consistency. For the most part, this location provides. The burgers were fresh. The service was fast, proportional to the freshly made burgers. The Pommes were burned. There are no other ways to say that. Overly crisp and in the smallest did not taste fresh. Really, but I went and asked for fresh fries. They were very fast to accommodate and had no problem with it. But the fries they gave me were only slightly less burned and still excessively crispy and brown. You have to change her oil or something. Either that, or train the Frey guy better. Ultimately, I run out of this place that smells immensely fat. I've visited many Five Guys, I've never smelled like a fat restaurant. Maybe it's a college city thing?
