Scoops Ice Cream Cafe - Portsmouth

They are never open. I get that it's seasonal however I used to live near this place. I had only seen it open 1 times 3 years ago I thought they went out of business and it was a trial run that the children's museum did and it apparently didn't work out. News to me that it's actually still open just temporary closed for the season.

The floors are beyond disgusting so are the bathrooms. You can tell they havnt cleaned the toilet in over a week ?????

Ice cream AND food AND good service? What more do you need! Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely horrible. Only one slice of nasty looking pepperoni pizza was available. We couldn't even enjoy our ice cream because the two girls working were loud and one of them had a young boy who was running around with a speaker playing music.
