Thai Basil - Portsmouth

Absolutely terrible. he started with the Thai tee and tasted disgusting. as if it was ready for someone and then melted and then they gave up. the crab krangoons were not completely mixed so there were pieces of straight cream cheese in the inner. the pad thai had no taste and dry! it was a pick-up order and I made sure to go utensils because I went to the hospital and the lady assured, there was a lot more and there was no and of course no serviettes! the panang curry has more of a series than the cocos taste they would wish. only completely disappointed in literally everything about not mentioning the online prices a dollar more per article. unless they have not updated menu prices there.

We love Thai food. thai basil is as authentic as it gets. we also love great service. the people in the thai basil are as friendly, accommodating and as helpful as it becomes. many thanks for a great experience thai basil! the mango chicken with shrimp was amazing. See if they are in the opposite of norfolk, va, tell them we sent you!

The restaurant has a charming ambiance! The food is freshly prepared and served promptly. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well!

They were beautiful and attentive. I saw that it is a restaurant in the region. I went to lunch where they had $9.95 lunch options. I ordered the thai veggies and added garnel for a hit. it comes with a hot acid suppe. I was not a fan. it was too hot (spicy hot) for me, but anyone who likes to eat her with a kick would probably enjoy it. the meal itself was nothing spectacular in terms of taste. the restaurant is decorated with some thai decoration, but could probably use a bit of touch-up. bringing them an older building it was nice with the exposed walls, but the painted walls had peeling color. bathroom: it was clean. they had 2 individual bathrooms. the women had 2 chairs and a Credenza table to set up their things or to sit a place for their child(s)

If you are in the area, then it is worth your while to try out Thai Basil. Our waitress had the whole table smiling and laughing and recommended I try the the Thai spaghetti (admittedly the rec was biased as it was her own home recipe, but that made me want to try it all the more and no complaints here! Prices were very reasonable, staff was great, and portions were aplenty. Need I say more?
