We were looking for a quick snack before hitting the road, and with no line at Rally's, we thought it would be a good choice. However, we quickly realized why there was no wait. The staff was friendly, but the 5-minute wait they promised turned into 10 minutes.

They no longer serve drinks with the meals; you have to order them separately. However, I do love the coupons!

I really wanted to enjoy this place because I love chicken strips, but I was quite disappointed. The chicken strips are seasoned, but they have an odd texture that made them almost inedible for me. They had a burnt flavor, even though they weren’t actually burnt. The coleslaw was disappointing too; it was just pre-shredded cabbage from a bag with only mayo mixed in—no other flavors at all. It was honestly the worst I've ever had. The toast was dry, greasy, and completely lacking in flavor. The fries? Just okay—not great at all. Unfortunately, that seems to be all they offer; there aren’t any other sides or options. On a positive note, the homemade ranch was good! But honestly, I’d rather grab chicken strips and wedges from the Walmart deli than waste my time at this place.

I consistently receive wonderful and friendly service whenever I visit this restaurant. The chicken strips are always tasty, and the breading is delightful. The fries are also excellent! That's why I've eaten here four times in just two weeks. Cheri and another lady, whose name I can't recall, always provide professional and kind service. They never forget my napkins, sauce, or anything else. All fast food staff should aspire to be like them.

This restaurant is just okay. The chicken is decent, but the sauce could be better. The fries tasted like they were from Walmart; they were very similar in taste and texture. I really appreciate small businesses and want them to succeed, but the service was just alright. The staff member seemed genuine, though. Overall, it was an average experience, and we won’t be returning.
