I have always loved insomnia as a non-vegan and so happy to continue to love their cafés as a vegan. For a device that is not exclusively vegan, they have some really great options for vegans. The falafel and sweet potato pack is so good and the VLT Flatbread is amazing. I like the Portlaoise branch it is beautiful and big, the staff is super friendly. If you come here often enough, you will receive your loyalty card or app. Good.
