Bowe's Foodhall Cafe - Durrow

The restaurant offers genuine vegetarian options in a beautiful setting. Additionally, the surrounding forests outside the city are abundant with wild garlic during the season. There is a seasonal organic vegetable shop located next to a garden center on a different road outside the city.

This place in lovely friendly staff, good service and lovely food. However charging 90c for alternative milk is too much considering a carton cost €2-3. Just something to consider.

This restaurant is a wonderful spot for a delicious meal. The recent updates to the menu were much needed and have truly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the avocado smash or the Hashtag dish. The juices are fresh and the perfect way to begin your day. The service is exceptional, with a welcoming atmosphere and quick service making each visit a delightful experience.

I had been to Bowe's restaurant before and was excited to visit again, especially since I knew it was assistant dog friendly. I planned to meet my friend in Durrow after traveling from Dublin, while my friend came from Mallow in Cork. It was a busy Saturday when we arrived, but unfortunately we were greeted with a very unfriendly attitude and were interrogated about why I had an assistance dog with me. Feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, I decided to leave. It has taken me 4 months to write this review, as I don't usually do so, but the experience has left a lasting negative impression on me and I will not be returning to Bowe's in the future.

This restaurant is highly popular for lunch. The food was delicious, and the service was very efficient with polite and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend stopping here during your journey for a satisfying experience.
