Woodford F&B - Portland

On a brisk Friday night in autumn, I decided to treat myself to the best burger in town at a restaurant in Maine. The place was busy, but I managed to snag a spot at the corner and ordered 'The Burger' with a Hendricks Tonic. The juicy brisket and smoked bacon, topped with house-made pickles and grilled onions, was a delicious treat. As the dinner rush died down, a loud woman in a Cubs hat made some rude comments, but I ignored her. The bartender seemed ready to intervene, but the woman eventually left. It was a funny end to my burger love affair. Woodford Food Beverage is definitely the place to go for a great burger in Portland. Go Cubs!

We absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is consistently outstanding, every dish is superb, and the best burger anywhere, without a doubt. We have been frequenting this place 3-4 times a month since it opened, and we are enamored with the atmosphere and the friendly staff, including the bartender and owner. The drinks are fantastic, especially the cosmopolitan. We just can't get enough of this place.

We LOVE Woodford F&B!!! My daughter has multiple life-threatening allergies, and the owner Birch, and Chef, Courtney, worked with us to create a meal Oriana could eat safely for her 16th birthday. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is cosmopolitan and chic. One of the best parts is that Woodford F&B is in our neighborhood! The only improvement I would recommend is for some thought to be put in to gluten free options, such as a separate deep fryer so people who eat gluten free could have the amazing french fries and deep fried brussels sprouts.

Went for Sunday brunch. Seated immediately at the bar; bartender provided water and Mimosas and got order in very quickly. Had eggs florentine with focaccia bread very tasty and a nice side of fresh fruit the fruit was not from a can or jar. Great neighborhood place to eat, I will return.
